What are Neuromodulators / Toxins?
Neuromodulators/Neurotoxin is a category that contains several forms of Botulinum toxin. One of those toxins; PrabotulinumtoxinA also known as Jeuveau is a prescription medication that is injected into certain muscles leading to paralysis. Jeuveau also uses a slightly different form of botulinum toxin than Botox. Botox contains Onabotulinum toxin A and Jeuveaus uses prabotulinum toxin A. This can be used to improve the look of moderate to severe forehead lines, crow’s feet lines, and frown lines between the eyebrows in adults.

What Can Neurotoxin do for me and my skin?
Neurotoxin is used to treat areas where muscle activity influences facial features, such as: glabellar lines (a.k.a frown lines), wrinkles around the eye (such as crow’s feet), forehead creases. Wrinkles at the corners of the mouth, or a “cobblestoned” appearance to the chin.
There are also many other “off-label” areas where Neurotoxin can be used. If you suffer from any of the following, Neurotoxin may be a treatment option to consider: hyperhidrosis, migraines, TMJ or grinding or clenching your teeth.
